Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. 

Shipping Methods:

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping. Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout. 

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method chosen. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free standard shipping. 

Delivery Time:

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days. 

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our carrier’s website. 

Return and Refund Policy

 

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

 

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at admin@fourkeeps.build to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Pack the item securely and include the return authorization number inside the package.

 

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

 

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@fourkeeps.build with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
